In Spirit of Japan


This piece is finally complete. It was originally for a charity gallery show to raise money for Doctors Without Borders, to aid the people devastated by the tsunami that struck Japan, but seeing as I was invited to participate a little late in the game, on top of working around my full time job and freelance, I never completed it in time. So it's been worked on sporadically when I've found some free time for myself, allowing me to experiment a little more.

Now it's time to finish the other illustration I've been working on, shown in the teaser below. I'll be in Maui for the next two weeks, so this one is going to take a bit longer.
Graphite, water color, acrylic,  10x15.
